When you sign up to O-bit Telecom all of your calls are carried
automatically through us using your existing BT line. This service
is called Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) All you have to do is dial as normal
We will contact BT on your behalf and arrange for your local BT exchange
to be programmed with the O-bit unique code. From the time of receipt of your
order this will take around 10 working days.
We will also write to you to let you know when your calls will automatically
go across to O-bit and hence the date you will start saving money.
BT will continue to invoice you for line rental and directory enquiries
or any other service you may use such as caller display or call minder.

to change your BT phone line or your existing phone number

O-bit will send you your bill every month for the calls you have made.
Your bill can be received by e-mail or post whichever is easier for you.
Your O-bill will also inform you every month of the savings you have
made over BT!
